What the people who have worked with us say, in their own words and on camera, once they have agreed to it being published.
This page is deliberately unfinished
Every slot below says what should sit in it and who could give it. None of them is filled with something we wrote ourselves.
A testimonials page is the easiest page on any website to fake and the hardest to recover from once someone checks. So this one is built the other way round: the gaps are visible, labelled, and close as people record and sign.
Nothing here is a composite. Nobody is quoted who has not said the words, and nobody appears who has not signed a release for that use.

What we will and will not publish
Done: contributors at the Dynamic Cinematography simulation in March 2026 were interviewed, and those interviews are held. They are not published here: the consent we hold covers the making, not the publishing, and those are different permissions.
Opening: filmed accounts from people who complete a cohort, practitioners who teach on one, and productions that have used crew from the list. Each is recorded after the work, so nobody is asked to say something warm while they still need something from us.

On the floor
Behind-the-scenes footage of a working unit with women in every department, cut short and silent, under the written accounts.
Festival B-roll is held at high resolution. Ages and written consent for everyone identifiable are needed first.
Why there is no quote here yet
We hold recorded material and transcripts. What we do not hold is signed permission to publish a named person's words publicly, and until that exists a slot stays open rather than being filled with something approximate.
If you have worked with us and want to say so, write to team@screensisters.org.uk. Withdraw it later in writing and it comes down.
