Employer partnership
Fund the route, not the charity. Your money puts women from communities the industry has never reached onto real units — and the films they make change what an audience believes.
The individual does not pay. The industry does.
A woman who needs a way in is the last person who can afford to buy one.
So she does not. Places are fully funded, with no cost barrier to the participant, and paid for by the organisations that will want to hire from them.
An employer partnership funds those places. In return it gets what an employer actually needs: crew it cannot currently find, practice it does not know how to run, and a commitment it can show.
What a partner gets
Crew you cannot currently find
Camera, grip, lighting, sound, production and post, from practitioners we work with who have worked in faith settings without it becoming an incident. Opening.
Practice support on your production
A read of your schedule, call sheets and catering in prep, and one named person on the unit whom crew can answer in confidence. Opening.
Training for your own teams
Heads of department, production, HR and casting, on your site or at our base at 3 Mills, from people who were on a drama unit last week. Running.
The Faith Charter
Partners come into the mark first and help decide what it asks for, and are named on its register once there is one. In development.
A unit, if a project needs one
Camera, grip, lighting and post are arranged with the owner rather than held in our name, and we say so. Opening.

What the money buys
Places, and the things that decide whether a woman can take one.
A partnership funds a seat on a cohort, the kit day with it, the practitioner standing beside her, and the travel and provision that decide whether she can attend. Screen Sisters CIC has an asset lock, so a surplus cannot leave into anyone's pocket.
There is no published price list and no pledge tiers. What a partnership involves is agreed in writing with each organisation, against what it wants and what its budget allows.

You can also just hire us
A commission carries assistant places on the unit for women in training, which makes buying a film the simplest partnership there is.
